The shade rests on the lower ring of the socket. A qualified electrician should connect the light to the ceiling wiring.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOn a table, unscrew the lower ring from the socket of your cord set.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePass the socket down through the hole in the top of the shade.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eScrew the ring back onto the socket, below the top. The shade rests on the ring and hangs level.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eScrew in an E27 LED bulb (globe, up to 60 mm diameter).\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eHang the cord set and connect it as described in its own instructions. Switch the power back on.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ol\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eChanging the bulb\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSwitch the light off and let the bulb cool. Lift the shade about 25 cm up the cord. Change the bulb. Let the shade slide back down onto the ring.
